About the Journal
The Journal of Integrated Sciences and Agriculture (JISA) is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed platform dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and innovative solutions at the intersections of agricultural sciences, natural sciences, environmental systems, engineering, computational sciences, social sciences, and health sciences. The journal emphasizes interdisciplinary and systems-oriented research that addresses complex global challenges, including food security, climate change, environmental sustainability, biodiversity conservation, water and energy management, technological innovation, and sustainable socio-economic development across diverse geographical, institutional, and cultural contexts.
JISA welcomes original research articles, comprehensive review articles, short communications, technical notes, case studies, policy and systems analyses, commentaries, perspectives, and special issues that advance knowledge and innovation across its multidisciplinary scope. Particular emphasis is placed on research integrating agricultural and biological sciences, crop and soil sciences, animal and veterinary sciences, biotechnology, environmental and water sciences, agricultural engineering, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, data science, economics, public health, and One Health. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific integrity, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and interdisciplinary relevance.
Publication Model & Open Access
- Publication Frequency: Bimonthly publication, comprising six issues per year within an annual volume.
- Open Access: Immediate and unrestricted open access, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide.
- Licensing: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) , permitting unrestricted sharing, distribution, adaptation, and commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.
- Publication Charges: JISA currently offers a complete Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver during its introductory publication phase, in accordance with the journal's published APC policy.
